Which do I choose for my wedding??
 
I am asked this question a lot since COVID restrictions are easing and share catering is now permitted again.
While we have always had our catering options for the Grazing Table on platters rather than spread onto a table I always prefer Finger Food service.  As someone who works behind the scenes in preparation as well as onsite with service I have learnt the most popular for all functions is Finger Food Canapes.  Why is this you ask?
 
Finger Foods offer the flexibility for staff to walk platters of food around to guests to enjoy.  This allows guests to relax, have a drink and conversation without the worry of missing out on eating.  Lets face it, wedding and event days can be busy with getting ready and travel so by the time its time to relax you are hungry.  Very hungry, and with the mix of alcohol it is important for guests to know they will be well fed.
 
I see this all too often at functions; guests start chatting and don’t want to break a conversation to move to the food table or station.  Finger Foods allow guests to move around freely and enjoy time with friends and family with platters of catering walked around to guests.  When guests know they will be well fed they relax and really enjoy themselves.
